恭读圣保禄宗徒致格林多人前书 2:10-16
弟兄们﹕圣神洞察一切，就连天主的深奥事理他也洞悉。除了人内里的心神外，有谁能知道那人的事呢？同样，除了天主圣神外，谁也不能明了天主的事。我们所领受的，不是这世界的精神，而是出于天主的圣神，为使我们能明了天主所赐与我们的一切。为此，我们宣讲，并不用人的智慧所教的言词，而是用圣神所教的言词，给属神的人讲论属神的事。然而属血气的人，不能领受天主圣神的事，因为为他是愚妄；他也不能领悟，因为这些事只有借圣神才可审断。惟有属神的人能审断一切，但他却不为任何人所审断。经上说：“谁知道上主的心意，去指教他呢？”可是我们有基督的心意。
Reading 1
A reading from the first letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians 2:10B-16
Brothers and sisters:
The Spirit scrutinizes everything, even the depths of God.
Among men, who knows what pertains to the man
except his spirit that is within?
Similarly, no one knows what pertains to God except the Spirit of God.
We have not received the spirit of the world
but the Spirit who is from God,
so that we may understand the things freely given us by God.
And we speak about them not with words taught by human wisdom,
but with words taught by the Spirit,
describing spiritual realities in spiritual terms.
Now the natural man does not accept what pertains to the Spirit of God,
for to him it is foolishness, and he cannot understand it,
because it is judged spiritually.
The one who is spiritual, however, can judge everything
but is not subject to judgment by anyone.
For “who has known the mind of the Lord, so as to counsel him?”
But we have the mind of Christ.

恭读圣路加福音 4:31-37
那时候，耶稣下到加里肋亚的葛法翁城，就在安息日教训人。人都十分惊奇他的教训，因为他的话具有一种权威。在会堂里有一个附着邪魔恶鬼的人，他大声喊叫说：“啊！纳匝肋人耶稣，我们与你有什么相干？你来毁灭我们吗？我知道你是谁：你是天主的圣者。”耶稣叱责他说：“不要作声！从这人身上出去！”魔鬼把那人摔倒在人中间，便从他身上出去了，丝毫没有伤害他。遂有一种惊骇笼罩了众人，他们彼此谈论说：“这是什么事，他用权柄和能力命令邪魔，而他们竟出去了！”他的名声便传遍了附近各地。
Gospel
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Luke 4:31-37
Jesus went down to Capernaum, a town of Galilee.
He taught them on the sabbath,
and they were astonished at his teaching
because he spoke with authority.
In the synagogue there was a man with the spirit of an unclean demon,
and he cried out in a loud voice,
“What have you to do with us, Jesus of Nazareth?
Have you come to destroy us?
I know who you are–the Holy One of God!”
Jesus rebuked him and said, “Be quiet! Come out of him!”
Then the demon threw the man down in front of them
and came out of him without doing him any harm.
They were all amazed and said to one another,
“What is there about his word?
For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits,
and they come out.”
And news of him spread everywhere in the surrounding region.
