读经一
恭读依撒意亚先知书 58:6-10
上主这样说：“我所中意的斋戒，岂不是要人解除不义的锁链，废除轭上的绳索，使受压迫者获得自由；折断所有的轭吗？岂不是要人将食粮分给饥饿的人；收容无地容身的穷人，到自己的屋里；见到赤身露体的人，给他衣服；不要避开你的骨肉吗？”
“如果这样，你将光芒四射，有如黎明；你的伤口将会迅速复原；你的救援要走在你前面，上主的光荣要作你的后盾。”
“那时，你如呼喊，上主必要俯允；你若哀求，他必回答：‘我在这里！’”
“你如果从你当中消除欺压，及指手画脚的行为和虚伪的言谈；你如果把你的食粮，施舍给饥饿的人，满足贫穷者的心灵；那么，你的光明要在黑暗中升起，你的黑夜将成为白昼。”
Reading 1
A reading from the Book of the Prophet Isaiah 58:7-10
Thus says the LORD:
Share your bread with the hungry,
shelter the oppressed and the homeless;
clothe the naked when you see them,
and do not turn your back on your own.
Then your light shall break forth like the dawn,
and your wound shall quickly be healed;
your vindication shall go before you,
and the glory of the LORD shall be your rear guard.
Then you shall call, and the LORD will answer,
you shall cry for help, and he will say: Here I am!
If you remove from your midst
oppression, false accusation and malicious speech;
if you bestow your bread on the hungry
and satisfy the afflicted;
then light shall rise for you in the darkness,
and the gloom shall become for you like midday.

恭读圣保禄宗徒致格林多人前书 2:1-5
弟兄姐妹们：
就是我从前到你们那里时，也没有用高超的言论或智慧，给你们宣讲天主的奥义，因为我曾决定，在你们当中，不用知道别的，只知道耶稣基督，就是那被钉在十字架上的耶稣基督。
而且，当我到你们那里的时候，又软弱，又恐惧，又战兢不安；并且我的言论和我的宣讲，并不在于智慧动听的言词，而是在于圣神和他德能的表现，为使你们的信德，不是凭人的智慧，而是凭天主的德能。

A reading from the First Letter of St. Paul to the Corinthians 2:1-5
When I came to you, brothers and sisters,
proclaiming the mystery of God,
I did not come with sublimity of words or of wisdom.
For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you
except Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
I came to you in weakness and fear and much trembling,
and my message and my proclamation
were not with persuasive words of wisdom,
but with a demonstration of Spirit and power,
so that your faith might rest not on human wisdom
but on the power of God.

恭读圣玛窦福音 5:13-16
那时候，耶稣对门徒说：
“你们是地上的盐，盐若失了味，可用什么使它再咸呢？它再毫无用途，只好抛在外边，任人践踏罢了。
“你们是世界的光；建在山上的城，是不能隐藏的。人点灯，并不是放在斗底下，而是放在灯台上，照耀屋中所有的人。
“照样，你们的光，也当在人前照耀，好使他们看见你们的善行，光荣你们在天之父。”
Gospel
A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 5:13-16
Jesus said to his disciples:
“You are the salt of the earth.
But if salt loses its taste, with what can it be seasoned?
It is no longer good for anything
but to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
You are the light of the world.
A city set on a mountain cannot be hidden.
Nor do they light a lamp and then put it under a bushel basket;
it is set on a lampstand,
where it gives light to all in the house.
Just so, your light must shine before others,
that they may see your good deeds
and glorify your heavenly Father.”
