恭读依撒意亚先知书 40:25-31
“你们把我同谁比拟呢？要我与谁相似呢？”圣者如此说。你们举目向上，看看是谁造了这些呢？是他按照数目展开了他的万军，按照次序一一点名，在这强而有力和威能者前，没有一个敢缺席的。
雅各伯！你为什么说？以色列！你为什么讲：“上主看不见我的命运！我的天主忽略了我的案件！”难道你不知道，或者没有听说：上主是永生的天主，是创造地极之主吗？他总不疲倦，决不困乏，他的智慧高深莫测。他赐给疲倦者力量，赐给无力者勇气。少年人能疲倦困乏，青年人能失足跌倒；然而仰望上主的，必获得新力量，必能振翼高飞有如兀鹰，疾驰而不困乏，奔走而不疲倦。
Reading 1
A reading from the book of the Prophet Isaiah 40:25-31
To whom can you liken me as an equal?
says the Holy One.
Lift up your eyes on high
and see who has created these things:
He leads out their army and numbers them,
calling them all by name.
By his great might and the strength of his power
not one of them is missing!
Why, O Jacob, do you say,
and declare, O Israel,
“My way is hidden from the LORD,
and my right is disregarded by my God”?
Do you not know
or have you not heard?
The LORD is the eternal God,
creator of the ends of the earth.
He does not faint nor grow weary,
and his knowledge is beyond scrutiny.
He gives strength to the fainting;
for the weak he makes vigor abound.
Though young men faint and grow weary,
and youths stagger and fall,
They that hope in the LORD will renew their strength,
they will soar as with eagles’ wings;
They will run and not grow weary,
walk and not grow faint.

恭读圣玛窦福音 11:28-30
那时候，耶稣说：“凡劳苦和负重担的，你们都到我跟前来，我要使你们安息。你们背起我的轭，跟我学吧！因为我是良善心谦的；这样你们必要找得你们灵魂的安息，因为我的轭是柔和的，我的担子是轻松的。”

A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew 11:28-30
Jesus said to the crowds:
“Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened,
and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn from me,
for I am meek and humble of heart;
and you will find rest for yourselves.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”
